Our product offerings span a broad range of standard and specialty valves, including ball, butterfly, control, triple offset metal-seated rotary, and knife gate valves, as well as damper controls, regulators, actuators, and control accessories. The Central States Group Valve Automation Center in Omaha, Nebraska, operates within our 12,000 sq. ft. office space, 1,800 sq. ft. valve automation shop, and 40,000+ sq. ft. warehouse.
Industrial Valve Testing and Assembly
The Valve Automation Center (VAC) is equipped to assemble and test valves from 1/4″ to 120″ in diameter. With automation stands that support high-pressure air and voltages from 24VDC up to 480V3PH, as well as control panels for 4-20mA and 24V network outputs, we can precisely calibrate and test digital positioners and actuators. Central States Group meets all valve automation needs, whether new installations or retrofits, including quarter-turn and linear pneumatic and electric actuators, as well as electric multi-turn actuators.
Our skilled technicians assemble and rigorously test each valve, actuator, and accessory to ensure optimal fit and functionality before shipment. With stringent quality controls, every assembly is verified to be in peak working condition. We also offer on-site support for start-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance, and can assist with field retrofits for actuators and positioners on various valve types.
