What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by check, money order, or major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Local customers may also pick up orders in person and pay at that time.

How fast can you get my order to me?

Local orders ship fast — most go out the same day. Custom orders vary; we will let you know the estimated delivery date as soon as it is available.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

We package every order carefully, and our experienced shipping team keeps loss and damage rare. If it happens, we will run a trace on a lost package and send a replacement if it can’t be located. If an item arrives damaged, let us know and we will make it right.

Will you sell my name and address to other companies?

Can I order items that are not found on your website?

Yes. If you see it elsewhere — another website, a catalog, or anywhere else — we will do everything we can to get it for you. Please contact us.

Do you process tax-exempt orders?

Yes. Place your order as usual and note “TAX EXEMPT” in the shipping instructions, then send us a copy of your current tax certificate through our contact page and we will issue an updated invoice.
